2. Photo and Camera Access

RETOUCH MOVCUT requires access to your device's Camera and Photo Library to allow you to take pictures and select photos to edit and apply AI filters.

  • On-Device Processing: All primary image generation, artificial intelligence modifications, color grading, face landmark detection, and effect filtering are done completely locally on your device via Vision and CoreImage frameworks.
  • No Server Uploads: We do not upload your photos to our servers for processing. Your photos remain on your local storage unless you explicitly choose to share them outside the App.

3. Face AI Data Usage

Our application uses Apple's Vision framework (VNDetectFaceLandmarksRequest) to identify facial features such as eyes, nose, and lips to construct facial topology adjustments (Beauty AI).

  • The facial tracking AI is strictly real-time and processed within the active memory of your device.
  • We do not store, collect, distribute, or share biometric information or facial landmark data.
  • Once you close the camera or editor view, the temporary tracking coordinates are wiped and not retrievable.

4. Analytics & Crash Reports

To improve our software (RETOUCH MOVCUT), we may collect anonymous, aggregated crash reports and generalized usage analytics. This data does not contain any personal identifiers or underlying media.

5. Third-Party Connections

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This App integrates with Google Authentication merely for user registration/login verification (if optionally triggered by the user).
