MovCut grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes on an iOS device that you own or control.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the App to process, distribute, or create content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or infringes on any copyright or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to limit access if abusive activity is identified.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, media, or edits you produce using the App. MovCut claims no ownership over user-generated visual assets.

5. Disclaimers

The App and its AI generation capabilities (Face AI, Beauty AI, Filters) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding app stability, persistent device configurations, or uninterrupted performance. All use is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued usage implies agreement to any modified terms.
